Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our work (custom software development, consulting, and digital services), refunds are generally not provided once a project or service has commenced, unless specifically stated in a contractual agreement.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • A service has not yet begun or no significant work has been delivered;
  • A technical issue caused by our team that we are unable to resolve;
  • Overpayments or duplicate charges.

Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Completed or partially completed custom software projects;
  • Time and resources spent on consultation or research;
  • Subscription periods already used in SaaS products;
  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of communication, missing assets).

4. SaaS Subscriptions (if applicable)

If you are using a Monrus Biz SaaS product:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time;
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle;
  • Future billing will stop after cancellation is confirmed.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in service termination and/or denial of future services. We encourage resolving any issues directly with our team.
